We ship worldwide from the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 USD or more; orders under $60 have a flat $5.95 USD shipping fee, always shown at checkout.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 3–7 business days in the U.S. and 6–20 business days internationally, depending on destination.

Prices are in USD and don't include import duties or local taxes. For international orders, any such charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility, usually collected by the carrier on delivery.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

For hygiene reasons, compression and vacuum bags can't be returned once opened or used. If they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're always entitled to a free replacement or full refund.

Keep all plastic, compression, and vacuum bags away from babies and children under 3. Plastic bags are not toys and pose a suffocation hazard. Store them away from cribs and play areas.

The fire-resistant pouch in our Document & File Storage Set is designed for short-term protection and everyday water resistance. It is NOT a certified fireproof safe and shouldn't be relied upon for irreplaceable items — for maximum protection use a certified fire safe.

No. Vienatrade makes home-organization and storage goods only. We don't sell cleaning chemicals, detergents, or disinfectants.

We accept major credit and debit cards and popular digital wallets. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
