How and when we ship your order, what it costs, and where we deliver.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days(Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $60 USD or more.
- Orders under $60 USD: a flat $5.95 USD standard shipping fee.
- The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Estimated transit times after processing:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 8–16 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and weather can affect delivery windows.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United States via established carriers (such as USPS, DHL, and local postal partners). A small number of destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or legal restrictions; if we can't ship to your country, your order won't be accepted at checkout and you won't be charged.
Import duties & taxes
Prices on this site are in U.S. dollars (USD)and do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. For international orders, any such charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are typically collected by the carrier at or before delivery. We can't predict these amounts in advance.
Tracking & lost parcels
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or your parcel is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us at support@vienatrade.shopand we'll help resolve it.
