1. Who you're dealing with

2. Products & descriptions

We sell home-organization and storage goods. We work to describe and picture products accurately, but minor variations in color, dimensions, and packaging may occur. We do not sell cleaning chemicals, detergents, or disinfectants.

3. Pricing & currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD)and may change at any time before you order. The total you pay — including shipping and, where applicable, taxes — is shown at checkout before payment. Import duties and local taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud); if we do after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Card charges from this store appear on your statement as VIENATRADE ORGANIZE. We never store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms. Please note the hygiene exception for opened compression and vacuum bags.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, infringe our or others' intellectual property, or use it for anything unlawful. All site content, branding, and imagery belong to Vienatrade or our licensors.

8. Product safety

Follow the safety notices shown on product pages. In particular, keep plastic, compression, and vacuum bags away from children, and understand that fire-resistant items offer short-term protection only and are not certified safes.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place an order. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest change.
